Full Time - Monday - Friday
Team Cleaning - Driver is perferred
Permanent
starting rate is: 12.21 per hour
for those aged 21 and over (National Living Wage),10.00 per hour
for those aged 18-20, and7.55 per hour
for those under 18 and for apprentices.Wage Enhancement is available for those who are fully trained, reliable, thorough, attention to detail and efficient.
Start and finish location: 1 Cardiff Road, Taffs Well, Cardiff, CF15 7RA
Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Working hours with variable finish times: 8:45am-4:00pm.
Including a 30 minute break each day. You will be given a 15 minute break in the morning and 15 mins in the afternoon.
Role and Responsibilities:
We can increase your hours by offering you over time. Pay rate is age sensitive and depending on experience but meets and/or exceeds the National Minimum wage. You will be cleaning houses and offices in a team with a supervisor and other staff who will train you up to Ladybirds cleaning standards. Once fully trained you will have the opportunity to progress to a supervisor position if you are reliable, good eye for detail, team leader abilities and a good problem solver. We may also offer evenings and weekend work which is optional. We provide transport from our shop in Taffs Well. You will start and finish your working day here.
