- Customer Service Assistant Supervisor - Days/evenings/weekends

Contracted Hours - 30 hours per week

Salary -12.61 per hour

This is a full time, permanent position

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for full time customer service assistants, from 30 hours per week, which will include evenings and weekends, working 5 days out of 7

To be a successful you will need to be flexible as we operate 7 days a week. Also due to the Industry we operate in, the successful candidate will need to undergo a Basic DBS check as part of this role.

Experience in the leisure, retail and hospitality sector would be welcomed.

About the role?

You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly environment for our customers. You must be over 18 years of age to work for us due to gambling legislation.

Your main duties will include:

Providing customers with an exceptional level of service

Handling cash

Promoting offers, events and other bonuses in store

Serving Customers with refreshments

Keeping the venue clean and tidy

Checking I.D. of all customers who look 25 and under

Following guidance and procedures including strict legislation
