We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic experienced full-time Deputy Manager to join our exciting team in our Manchester Arndale store, the successful candidate must possess at least 3 years fashion retail sales experience, you will be reporting directly to the Store Manager within store ,you will need the ability to self motivate and work within a small team to achieve set sales targets alongside providing an excellent customer experience,the successful applicant must be flexible,fully motivated and customer service orientated,sales focused , security conscious and being a team player are paramount to this role ,the role on offer will involve making sure the store is merchandised to a high standard so initiative and a degree of flair is paramount to the position,flexibility will be required due to the store opening 7 days a week and weekend work will be essential. The main duties will include team management, team planning, sales monitoring,stock control,merchandising,cash control,Customer service, Sales,Security.The business is currently expanding so for the right candidate there is potential career progression to join an exciting growing menswear business!
