Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatch Operative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are collected and dispatched to the correct shop / customer. You will play a critical part in maintaining high standards of quality and safety and for meeting and exceeding the customer expectations.

The hours are 10:30am - 18:30pm with a 30 minute break.

The days are 5 out of 6 Sunday to Friday ( Working every other Sunday with a day off in the week)

Responsibilities

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain product quality and safety. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues. Adhere to HACCP guidelines and food safety regulations throughout the production process. Perform basic maths calculations for customer orders and inventory management. Collaborate with team members to achieve productivity targets and maintain a clean working environment.

Skills

Basic maths skills for accurate calculations. Positive can do attitude to facilitate problem solving. Experience in food production or similar manufacturing environments is advantageous. Understanding of HACCP principles and food safety standards. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
