About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable

Full time Front of House Specialist

to join our award-winning deli and restaurant. You'll play a vital role in delivering first class service whilst supporting the smooth running of our daily operations.

Shifts & Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Sunday

Weekends are

essential

Hours: approx. 40-42 per week

Shift patterns are flexible and can entail early morning starts and evening shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering our SOP to perfection, making sure our guests feel relaxed and attended to at all times and being able to understand and answer questions on our menu.

Engaging with our training processes fully, taking onboard our values, and growing the business alongside your personal goals.

Maintaining a clean work environment, making sure our impeccable hygiene standards are kept up to standard.

Using our EPOS systems correctly, taking payments.

Requirements:

Fit for work, reliable and punctual

Able to communicate, read and write in English

Must have the legal

right to work in the UK

Screening process will be carried out to ensure suitability for the role

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour
