Our Teigngrace, Devon Branch is looking for a
Full-Time General Aftersales Assistant,
to join our friendly Aftersales team
Duties Include:
To be the first point of contact for our customers either face to face, by phone, or by email
Creating weekly job packs
General administration will include filing, scanning, and printing invoices
Booking Caravans & Motorhomes in and out for repair.
Assist and advise internal and external customers with their purchases
Taking payments through the till
Assisting the Aftersales Manager with Stores management including unloading deliveries
Liaising between technical team and customers to provide accurate updates on ongoing jobs.
Supporting the Aftersales Manager with all adhoc administration duties.
The successful applicant must demonstrate:
Having an organised and methodical approach to include paperwork and computer systems
Excellent attention to detail and communications skills
Ability to follow process
Be able to work to deadlines
Be able to work on own initiative and part of a team
Previous Customer experience is required, as well as the ability to work well within a busy environment.
Previous work within our industry or the motor industry would be advantageous.

Hours Monday - Friday 8.30-5pm and 1 in 4 Saturday morning working 8.30 - 1pm
