We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Full-Time Gymnastics Coach to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about gymnastics, child development, and building a supportive environment for young people and adults. You will deliver engaging, progressive classes for a range of ages and abilities, from beginners through to advanced gymnasts, and play a key role in fostering a culture of belonging and excellence at House of GPA.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality gymnastics sessions in line with our curriculum.
Work with gymnasts of varying ages and abilities, adapting lessons to support individual needs.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants, adhering to safeguarding and health & safety policies.
Encourage and inspire gymnasts to achieve their personal best while enjoying the sport.
Assist with events, camps, and club activities, including holiday programmes and competitions.
Collaborate with the coaching team to maintain consistency and high standards.
Serve as a positive role model, fostering an inclusive, supportive, and empowering environment.
Person Specification
Level 1 or 2 Gymnastics qualification (or equivalent).
Experience coaching children and young people in a gymnastics or sports setting.
Strong understanding of child safeguarding and welfare.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for gymnastics and helping children grow in confidence and ability.
Desirable
Higher-level gymnastics qualifications or experience in tumbling/cheerleading.
First Aid certification.
Ability to contribute to club development and progression pathways

Pay: 22,000.00-30,000.00 per year
