Job Overview

We are a family-run home care business, based out of Flint.

We are a friendly & approachable team who strive to deliver high quality care whilst maintaining privacy, dignity, safety & respect to each of our Service Users and Care Team Members.

We are currently in search of Full time drivers as per rota.

Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.

- Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication administration and mobility support.

- Develop positive relationships with clients and their families, fostering a supportive and friendly environment.

- Collaborate with the care team and external professionals to uphold person centred care delivery.

- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your leadership capabilities.

Ideal candidate:

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is

preferred

but not required as full training is provided.
- Registered with Social Care Wales.

- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social care.

- Own car for travel between client locations.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A commitment to ongoing professional development and leadership growth.
