Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Day time Housekeeping cover to join our team, responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across various premises. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between sites.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties across designated areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used efficiently and maintained properly Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Respond promptly to specific cleaning requests from clients or supervisors Maintain organised storage of cleaning materials and report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment Assist with waste disposal and recycling procedures in accordance with company policies Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure their needs are met

Requirements

Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal Previous experience in cleaning or related roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driving licence is preferred to support travel between different sites Customer service orientation with a friendly, professional manner Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
