Are you a confident, organised, people-loving professional ready to be the face of a thriving dental practice?

We're looking for a Lead Receptionist who can bring warmth, efficiency, and leadership to the front desk.

What you'll do



? Be the first point of contact for all patients, delivering exceptional customer care

? Manage the day-to-day flow of the reception area

? Oversee and support reception staff

? Coordinate patient appointments and handle diary optimisation

? Liaise with the clinicians and ensure smooth running of the practice

? Handle payments, enquiries, and administrative tasks with accuracy

What we're looking for



? Experience in a dental or medical reception role (preferred)

? Confident communication skills and strong organisational skills

? Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team

? Calm under pressure and solution-focused

? Tech-savvy with a good understanding of practice software (training available)
