Role Overview
We are seeking an engaging, knowledgeable, and confident
Brand Ambassador
to represent MZ SKIN across leading London based retail locations.
This is a unique opportunity to embody a luxury skincare brand on the shop floor, delivering outstanding service, providing tailored skincare advice, and educating clients on our award-winning skincare and LED devices.
You will help customers identify their skincare needs and guide them toward effective solutions. Your passion for skincare, deep product knowledge, and exceptional customer service will be key in building lasting relationships, driving sales, and strengthening our brand presence in store.
As a true ambassador of the brand, you will ensure excellence at every customer touchpoint and play a pivotal role in MZ SKIN's continued success in the UK and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by offering tailored skincare recommendations, with a focus on MZ SKIN's signature mask range
Confidently articulate product benefits and brand values, with a strong understanding of ingredients and application
Drive sales through active customer engagement and consistently achieving set targets
Deliver on brand KPIs and contribute to store performance goals
Conduct consultations and product demonstrations to engage and educate clients
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and stock presentation
Foster strong relationships within store teams to support smooth execution of brand initiatives
Gather customer feedback and share insights to support continuous brand and product development
Uphold impeccable grooming standards and represent the brand with authenticity and professionalism
Participate in regular brand training to stay current on products, services, and campaigns

Consistently meets or exceeds individual sales targets
Demonstrates strong product knowledge and engaging customer interactions
Maintains high standards of brand representation and in-store presentation
Builds customer loyalty and encourages repeat business through meaningful relationships
Shares valuable customer feedback to inform ongoing strategy and improvement
Who You Are
Passionate about luxury skincare and confident in discussing product benefits and ingredients
Experienced in a retail, beauty, or customer-facing role (skincare knowledge highly desirable)
Approachable, friendly, and confident communicator
Sales-driven with a strong sense of accountability
Energetic, dependable, and proactive team player
Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced retail environments
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
