Role Overview:



The

Operations & Logistics Manager

will act as the execution arm of the CEO, responsible for

turning vision into reality

. This role blends operations, logistics, office management, business development, and strategic planning into one. It is a demanding, high-responsibility position that requires extreme organisation, ambition, and commitment.

This role is not for the faint of heart. it requires a true operator, someone who thrives on long hours, intensity, and delivering results under pressure. You will be responsible for ensuring that every moving part of the company is structured, accountable, and aligned with the CEO's vision, while helping to scale ECG into a

global powerhouse

Core Duties & Responsibilities:



1. Client Experience & Service Delivery



Design a client onboarding process for FIRST clients (brochure, thank-you card, CEO-signed personal letter, welcome gift, and monthly reporting). Create a detailed task-tracking system for FIRST clients. Review and optimise Affordable Socials' Trello processes and website client workflows. Build an offboarding experience with client exit surveys to gather feedback and reduce churn. Design client loyalty and appreciation gifts at milestones (3, 6, 12 months; 2-5 years).

2. Operational & Office Management



Ensure all team members time-block their day by 9am; consolidate into a daily productivity report. Manage Trello boards company-wide: tasks populated, tracked, and completed with no delays. Monitor staff output to ensure alignment with salary levels, role expectations, and company growth. Oversee office logistics including supplies, water, equipment upgrades, and IT (including future laptop upgrades in Q1 2026). Be the point of contact for new office premises in Shepherd's Bush, managing budget, suppliers, and fit-out.

3. CEO Vision Execution



Act as the "execution king/queen" turning the CEO's vision into actionable plans. Provide daily operational structure reports to maximise sales, revenue, and productivity.
Work side-by-side with the CEO on strategic initiatives, planning, and future-proofing ECG.

4. Client Onboarding & Experience



Create and manage an

elite client onboarding process

for FIRST and ECG brands:

Onboarding brochure Thank you card Personal CEO-signed letter Welcome gift Monthly reporting package
Design "thank you" loyalty cards/gifts for clients at 3, 6, and 12 months, plus special treats for 2, 3, and 5-year milestones, encouraging clients to share on social media.

5. People & HR Collaboration



Work with HR to build a team of

high-performance, elite operators

. Recruit and manage "Brand Directors" to attend BNI meetings globally. Recruit, train, and manage

Brand Ambassadors

and student reps, creating commission structures, uniforms, and job opportunities for high achievers.
Drive a culture where every team member sees problems as their responsibility.

6. External & Supplier Relationships



Liaise with

printing supplier

(Kingston) for branded materials. Manage and coordinate branded merchandise for ECG, Affordable Socials, and FIRST. Maintain relationship with partners in Bangladesh for website and digital tasks, ensure tasks are updated, payments processed monthly, and overflow work assigned. Source additional international supplier for global growth support.

7. Business Development & Market Growth



Research, identify, and secure opportunities at exhibitions (Business Show 2026-2028, Tech Show, and similar).Explore partnerships and models similar to Build out a local, national, international, and global operations plan. Oversee BNI involvement, measure ROI, scale presence nationally and globally.

8. Financial & Performance Management



Collaborate with Finance to ensure all invoices are sent and paid on time. Monitor payroll, budget alignment, and ensure salaries correlate with performance outputs
Track and improve operational efficiency across all departments (Sales, Marketing, Client Delivery, Finance, HR).

9. Technology & Process Development



Learn Trello inside-out and embed it as ECG's operational backbone. Research and implement Slack, MangoApps, and intranet solutions. Document company processes on Trello, Scribe, and intranet. Submit weekly reports to the Website Team for continuous site optimisation.

10. Shift & Global Operations Planning



Design and implement

24/7 operations shift structures

: 8am-5pm 5pm-12 midnight 12 midnight-8am (or 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am model) Create budgets and capacity models to launch global operations by Q4 2025 / Q1 2026.

Essential Requirements:



Proven track record in

operations, logistics, or business management

at a senior level. Highly organised, structured, and disciplined -- thrives on systems and accountability. Ability to handle 50-60 hours per week in a

high-pressure, performance-driven environment

. Exceptional communication skills -- able to liaise with suppliers, partners, and internal teams globally. Strong project management skills with tools such as

Trello, Slack, Asana

Demonstrated ability to

execute CEO/Founder vision

into operational reality. Experience managing budgets, payroll, and financial operations. Event and exhibition planning knowledge. 3-7 years in operations, logistics, or business management. Comfortable with technology platforms (Trello, Slack, CRMs). Willingness to work

50-60 hours/week

in a demanding growth environment. Extreme organisational discipline and attention to detail. Proven ability to
