We are seeking a professional and friendly experienced Orthodontic Dental Receptionist to join our team. This role requires strong customer service skills, organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and respond to patient enquiries, and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy practice environment. Previous dental reception experience is essential.

Job Summary:

As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in representing the practice with professionalism and care. You will be responsible for managing front desk duties, handling patient interactions, and supporting the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and check in patients in a warm, professional manner Book and manage appointments using Ortho Bridge Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient enquiries promptly and professionally Process payments, issue receipts, and manage invoices Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records Maintain and update patient records accurately and securely Liaise with clinical staff to coordinate patient care effectively

Requirements:

Proven experience in an orthodontic receptionist role is essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in data entry is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A professional appearance and demeanour are essential for this role. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
