PREPERATION CHEF

- Monday to Friday - Fulltime

FLAGSHIP VENUE - INDEPENDANT - FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY - EXPANDING GROUP

We are looking for a passionate Preparation Chef, someone who has a love of great food, people and genuine hospitality. Someone with drive and ambition, who can inspire and motivate their team and themselves whilst delivering an amazing experience for all our guests. You will need previous chef experience to apply for this role and have basic knife skills and an understanding of preparing fresh food and following recipes. This is usually a Monday to Friday position, however, some weekends and evenings may be required dependent on demand.

The Role:

To assist the head Chef in the effective running of a high-volume kitchen, priding itself on our fresh food philosophy, pushing boundaries in creativity and delivery. You will be integral to the success of the business by ensuring the highest level of standards, service and quality. We want someone who will break the norm when it comes being part of a team, delivering amazing food and creating a lasting impression on all our guests.

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous chef / kitchen experience, knowledge of some fresh food cooking and an ability to work quickly, following recipes Are a passionate and forward-thinking people person Can demonstrate exceptional organisational, planning, and prioritising skills Have the desire to develop their own skills Have a strong understanding of all dietary and legislative requirements

Requirements:

You must be flexible to work some weekends and evenings if required (although this is primarily a Monday to Friday job). Able to work Full Time, working around 35-40 hours per week
