Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and charismatic Online Presenter and Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic marketing team. As an integral part of our brand's online presence, you will engage with our audience through live social media broadcasts, effectively promoting our competitions, products, services, and brand values. The ideal candidate is confident, articulate, and possesses exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to connect with viewers in a relatable and engaging manner.

Responsibilities:

Live Presentations: Host live broadcasts on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube) 2-3 nights per week, drawing winners live, showcasing our competitions, and highlighting key features and benefits

Competition Promotion: Skillfully promote our competitions during live sessions, answering questions and addressing viewer inquiries in real-time.

Engagement: Foster a strong rapport with the online audience by actively responding to comments, questions, and feedback during live sessions and draws, creating an interactive and inclusive experience.

Brand Advocacy: Serve as a passionate brand advocate, embodying the brand's values, vision, and personality, and conveying them authentically to the audience.

Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant content for live broadcasts, ensuring that content aligns with brand messaging and promotional goals.

Audience Growth: Contribute to audience growth by promoting upcoming broadcasts, collaborating with influencers, and implementing strategies to increase viewership and engagement.

Innovation: Stay updated with social media and online presentation trends, suggesting creative ideas and approaches to enhance the quality and impact of live presentations.

Metrics and Analysis: Monitor and analyse viewer engagement, metrics, and feedback to continuously improve content quality and audience interaction.

Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to deliver accurate and compelling information to the audience.

Qualifications:

Exceptional Presentation Skills: Proven ability to captivate an audience, communicate clearly, and maintain a high level of engagement during live broadcasts.

Charismatic Personality: Natural charisma and comfort in front of the camera, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences on a personal level.

Social Media Savvy: Proficiency in various social media platforms and a strong understanding of their features, trends, and best practices.

Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and language to suit the brand and audience.

Product Knowledge: Quick learner with the ability to grasp complex product information and convey it in a simplified and relatable manner.

Time Management: Effective at managing a dynamic schedule of live presentations, content creation, and other related tasks.

Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer support.

Previous Experience: Prior experience in online presenting, live streaming, public speaking, or related fields is a plus.

Location: Derry/Londonderry Area

Schedule: Working from HQ Monday to Friday 9-5pm with flexibility to accommodate occasional changes based on promotional events and brand needs.
