We are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Production Line Leader to join Wilson's Country in Craigavon, County Armagh. As a key member of our production team, we are looking for someone who is hands-on to lead the team on the line ensuring production expectations are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of production line workers to ensure efficient operations Set up, operate, and oversee the production machinery Monitor production processes aand complete efficient changeovers Maintain quality control and hygiene standards Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Train employees on production procedures and safety protocols Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient processess

Person Specification:

A minimum of 1 year's previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or industrial environment Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage a team Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Knowledge of health and safety regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
