Salary:

26,715 per year (13.70 per hour equivalent)

We're now looking for a

passionate, nature-loving Early Years Educator

to join our Baby/Toddler Room full-time.

What You'll Do

Support and guide our youngest explorers through meaningful, play-based learning, indoors and outdoors. Provide a nurturing, secure environment that supports early development and builds strong attachments. Lead creative activities tailored to babies and toddlers that spark curiosity and confidence. Use the EYFS framework to create unique, nature-rooted experiences. Work closely with parents and colleagues to share magical moments and key milestones. Bring energy, creativity, and care to every day.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in an early years setting, ideally with under 2s. A recognised Early Years qualification (Level 2 or above). Strong communication skills with both children and adults. A love of the outdoors - rain or shine! Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a collaborative approach.

Hours & Requirements

37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Shifts will fall between 6:45am - 7:00pm. All successful candidates must complete an Enhanced DBS check.
