Please NOTE this position is a split role between Maidstone ME15 9NB and Sittingbourne ME10 2AR
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced GDC registered Dental Nurse or we will consider a trainee Dental Nurse with experience. (Visa applicants welcome to apply)
Duties of a Dental Nurse-
Assisting the manager and head nurse
Providing support and reassurance to the patient and other members of staff
Helping to support and train apprentice nurses
Carrying out daily, weekly and monthly audits, monitoring all tests/audits are being carried out
Stock control
Preparing fillings and other materials
Sterilising instruments
Processing x-rays
surgery checks and monitoring decontamination and infection control
Recording and filing information about patients
