About the Role
This is not just an admin job -- it's a
vital
role at the heart of our operations. You'll be ensuring that client orders are processed and delivered
accurately and on time
, every time, not only building solid relationships with our clients, but also our suppliers.
Be preprepared, your inbox may change by the minute, priorities can shift quickly, and you'll need to stay focused, calm, and in control -- even when the pressure's on.
You'll Be:

You must have:
Exceptional written and verbal English
-- clear, professional communication is critical as you'll be liaising with clients and suppliers daily.
At least 2 years' experience in an administrative or coordinator role
-- ideally within a fast-paced environment where multitasking is the norm.
Strong technical proficiency
-- confident using CRM systems, email platforms, order management tools, spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), and cloud-based systems.
Your own reliable transport
-- our location may not be easily accessible via public transport, and in exceptional circumstances local deliveries or collections may be needed.
A calm, methodical approach to high-volume inboxes
-- you'll often juggle multiple tasks and queries at once, so staying organised under pressure is key.
Experience in a print, merchandise, or promotional products environment
-- understanding of production timelines, proofs, and client approvals is a real plus.
Experience supporting a sales team
-- such as preparing quotes, tracking orders, or liaising with suppliers.
Bonus points if you have:
