Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints Manage the cashier point's daily opening and closing procedures Be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Required Qualifications

Fluent in professional English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive with strong customer service skills to provide a memorable shopping experience Team-oriented with the ability to work well in a team

Desirable but Not Essential

Multi-lingual language ability
