Our busy Wrexham office is looking for additional support and require a full time Sales Negotiator.
The right individual would require the following attributes:
Communication - Time management skills - Database management
Responsibilities to include assisting the Sales Valuers, maintaining the applicant register, diary management, liasing with solicitors, reception and administration duties, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company procedures.
Experience within in a similar sales role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
The role will involve weekend work on a rota basis.
