We're looking for an enthusiastic
Sales Order Processor
to join our busy, friendly office at
Wilsons Underlays Ltd
- a family-run business that's grown year on year to become a leading manufacturer of underlays and flooring accessories.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll be supported with full training and gain experience across several areas of the business.
The Role
As part of our office team, your responsibilities will include:
Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
Assisting with transport, accounts, and general admin tasks
Supporting the Office Manager with day-to-day duties
Overseeing dispatches and ensuring smooth end-of-day operations (with occasional overtime)
Working Hours
Monday - Thursday:
8:00am - 5:30pm
Friday:
8:00am - 4:30pm
5 days per week (Mon-Fri)
with occasional Saturday work
What We're Looking For
We're after a positive, reliable team player who's keen to learn and grow with us. Experience in customer service, administration, or order processing is an advantage, but not essential - full training will be provided.
What You'll Get
Starting wage:
12.21 per hour
Performance & attendance bonus:
+0.30 per hour
Loyalty bonus:
Up to +1.00 per hour after 3 years
Extra annual leave:
An additional day per year (up to 5 years)
