Duties

Design and create floral arrangements for events, weddings, and everyday occasions. Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the shop, ensuring all displays are visually appealing. Manage inventory of flowers and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure freshness. Provide knowledgeable advice on plant care and maintenance to customers.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Florist. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Creative flair with an eye for colour, design, and detail. Ability to work well under pressure during busy periods. A passion for flowers and customer service is essential.
