Key Responsibilities:

Providing high-quality care and support to individuals with a range of needs (e.g., learning disabilities, mental health challenges, physical disabilities) Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication Promoting independence, dignity, and well-being Maintaining accurate records and working in line with care plans Engaging in meaningful activities with service users both in and outside the home
What We're Looking For:

At least 6 months of previous care/support experience within the UK A genuine passion for helping others Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliability, empathy, and a positive attitude Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed
