NOIR is one of the UK's fastest-growing modern Indian restaurant & shisha lounge brands. With multiple venues across the UK and ambitious expansion plans, we're building a powerhouse hospitality brand. We're looking for a talented Videographer & Content Creator to join our team full-time and bring our story to life across social media.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for capturing and creating daily content that showcases the energy, food, shisha, people and experiences at NOIR. From shooting high-quality reels to TikTok trends to behind-the-scenes storytelling, you'll be the creative eye shaping how our brand is seen online.

Key Responsibilities:

Film and edit engaging short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms. Capture lifestyle, food, events, staff culture and behind-the-scenes moments. Work with the marketing team to plan a content calendar and deliver consistent output. Stay on top of social media trends and bring fresh creative ideas. Shoot both in-venue (restaurants, lounges) and at brand events. Manage and organise digital assets (footage, edits, backups).
Requirements:

Strong videography and editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut etc.). Experience creating short-form content that performs well on TikTok/Instagram Reels. Ability to work independently and capture authentic, in-the-moment content. A creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and trends. Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends (our venues come alive at night!). Photography skills are a plus.
