Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing visual displays that attract, engage, and motivate customers to make purchases. You will ensure the store's visual presentation aligns with brand standards and marketing strategies, enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Job Duties:

Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies and guidelines for store displays, windows, and product layouts. Collaborate with store managers, buyers, and marketing teams to plan and implement seasonal and promotional displays. Monitor and analyse sales trends to determine the effectiveness of visual displays. Regularly visit stores to ensure visual standards are maintained. Create visual displays that reflect the brand's identity and appeal to target customers. Train in-store staff on visual merchandising best practices. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor displays, and customer preferences.

Essential Skills:

Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role in retail. Strong creativity and an eye for design, colour, and style. Knowledge and awareness of retail and consumer behaviour. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work flexible hours and travel to different store locations if required. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Desirable Skills:

Proficiency in visual merchandising tools, planograms, and basic graphic design. Degree or certification in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field is a plus.
