You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with various tasks in the kitchen as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, an understanding of food safety practices, and a passion for culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations to enhance the dining experience through upselling techniques. Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring that all items are presented attractively. Assist with food preparation and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area as required. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain high standards of food safety. Process payments accurately using basic maths skills and ensure all transactions are handled securely. Maintain an organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Strong understanding of guest services with excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing time efficiently. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is advantageous. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is desirable. A positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to help others in the kitchen when needed.

Pay: 12.21-12.25 per hour
