We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that every dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting guests with any inquiries they may have. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using basic maths skills to ensure precision. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with food preparation in the kitchen as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Provide attentive guest services, checking in regularly to ensure satisfaction. Handle any guest complaints or requests with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area throughout service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation, and safety standards is advantageous. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and a strong work ethic are crucial for success in this role.
