The Role

We're seeking a passionate and versatile personal trainer to join our growing team on either a part (15 hours +) or full time basis. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities:

Coaching:

Lead Small Group Personal Training sessions (up to 8 participants) and HYROX-based sessions (max 12-16 participants), ensuring each member receives personalised attention and motivation.

Member Engagement:

Build strong relationships with members, providing support, tracking progress, and fostering a welcoming environment.

Content Creation:

Develop engaging content for our social media platforms to showcase our community and attract new members.

Programming:

Assist in designing workout programs that align with our members' goals and our gym's philosophy.

Event Planning:

Organise seminars and events that promote wellness and community engagement.

Administrative Tasks:

Manage scheduling, member communications, and other administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

Level 3 Personal Trainer certification (or currently working towards)

Experience:

Ideally 1+ years experience in coaching group sessions.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.

Passion:

A genuine desire to help others achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.

Creativity:

Ability to create engaging content and contribute to our dynamic team environment.
