As we scale, we're looking for a Full-Stack Software Developer to join our growing team. If you're a recent graduate or early-career developer with a passion for AI, automation, and full-stack development, this is your chance to build impactful technology in a fast-paced environment.
Where You'll Be Working
This role is office-based to enable close collaboration, rapid development, and direct integration with our hardware and AI-driven systems. You'll be working in our purpose-built R&D office, located on a beautiful old farm near Warwick and Leamington Spa, with stunning countryside views. Our workspace is designed for innovation, giving you the opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge technology in an inspiring environment.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain full-stack applications for industrial IoT systems.
Work with React, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies to build web-based and embedded solutions.
Integrate AI-driven insights into smart warehouse applications.
Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to create seamless software-hardware interactions.
Work with real-time data streams, APIs, and cloud platforms to ensure reliable system performance.
Test, debug, and optimize applications for efficiency and scalability.
What We're Looking For
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in front-end (React, Vue, or similar) and back-end (Node.js, Python, or similar) development.
Interest or experience in AI/ML applications.
A problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn in an agile environment.
Experience (or willingness to learn) working with IoT devices, cloud computing, and real-time systems is a plus.
Bonus: Interest in UX design and creating intuitive interfaces for industrial applications.
