The Opportunity
Motion is transforming how care homes deliver person-centred care and communicate with families. Having demonstrated significant traction and impact, and with recognition from the BBC and The Times, we are now scaling across the UK. Following a successful funding round, we are building a high-impact team to shape the future of care.
Whether you are building features, designing intuitive experiences, or developing strategic partnerships, you will play a key role in a startup where every line of code, partner call, or design decision contributes to meaningful outcomes.
What You'll Do

Build and maintain full-stack feature using React and Node.js
Ship secure and maintainable code in regular releases
Work closely with design, product, and users
Use tools like Copilot and Cursor to increase velocity
Contribute to code quality, architecture, and documentation
