Full-Time Aesthetic Therapist (Level 3+) - Harley Street

The Face and Body Clinic, based at 22 Harley Street, London W1G 9PL, is expanding and seeking a committed and experienced Aesthetic Therapist (NVQ Level 3+) to join our team full-time.

We are a results-driven clinic specialising in anti-ageing, body contouring, and advanced skin health. The ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, and able to maintain the high clinical standards expected from a Harley Street practice.

Requirements & Skills:

NVQ Level 3 or above in Beauty Therapy (Level 4 desirable but not essential) Strong hands-on experience in anti-ageing treatments, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring Knowledge of clinical hygiene, safety, and treatment protocols Ability to work independently and manage treatment schedules professionally Good communication skills and a client-focused approach Basic ability to support social media content (before/after photos, treatment clips, simple updates - no editing required) Willingness to assist with light administrative duties, including: Booking support Stock checking and replenishment Maintaining treatment rooms General clinic organisation
Role Responsibilities:

Carrying out a range of results-driven face and body treatments Preparing treatment rooms to the required clinical standard Ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience Following all clinic procedures, policies, and hygiene regulations Assisting the senior team with the smooth operation of the clinic Supporting social media content capture when needed Maintaining accurate treatment notes and ensuring client confidentiality
