The Role:
We are seeking a
Full-Time Customer Service Representative
to join our friendly and dedicated team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing product support, resolving queries, and helping ensure a smooth, positive experience with every interaction. You'll also support other departments where needed to help keep our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone in a professional, timely, and friendly manner.
Provide accurate information about (but not limited to) products, sizing, orders, shipping, and returns.
Handle complaints with empathy, offering solutions that reflect our brand values.
Develop and maintain customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
Process returns, refunds, replacements & claims through our internal systems.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., dispatch, product development, marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience and support business-wide goals.
Support other internal teams with general tasks as required to maintain overall efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all communications meet company standards following our protocol and follow up where necessary.
Assist with online reviews, FAQs, and other customer-facing content.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in a customer service or retail role is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
A calm and professional manner under pressure.
A positive attitude, a genuine desire to help people, and a strong sense of teamwork.
Ability to multi-task, stay organised, and manage time efficiently.
Tech-savvy with confidence using (but not limited to) email systems, Microsoft software, and order processing platforms.
Interest in water sports or the outdoor lifestyle is a bonus!
Schedule:
8-hour shift
5 Days Per Week
Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturday's)
Weekend availability will be required once fully trained
