About Us: We are a small but growing waste and shredding business based in Radlett. We're currently expanding and looking for a reliable, hands-on driver to join the team and help with collections, deliveries, and on-site support. The Role: You'll be operating a 7.5 ton box truck to collect confidential waste and documents, helping load/unload, and supporting shredding operations when needed. It's a physical role that requires flexibility, common sense, and a strong work ethic. Requirements: - Valid UK driving license with C1 entitlement (7.5 ton) - Experience driving similar vehicles - Able to lift and move heavy containers - Good time management and communication skills - Friendly, trustworthy, and professional Bonus Points For: - Experience in waste or removals - Forklift license - Local knowledge of the area What We Offer: - Competitive pay - Stability in a long-standing business - The chance to grow with us as we scale operations - No-nonsense, supportive management
