Educational Sales & Admissions Consultant
to join our team. This role combines sales, telemarketing, and admissions support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, hitting targets, and helping families access the right educational solutions for their children.
Position Overview
In this role, you will be at the heart of our admissions process--engaging with families, building relationships, and guiding them from initial enquiry through to enrolment. You will work closely with both the administrative team and teaching staff to ensure every parent has a seamless, positive experience from their very first conversation with us.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Conversion
Contact warm and qualified leads generated from marketing campaigns and outreach teams.
Communicate with parents via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a professional and timely manner.
Schedule consultations using Calendly and internal booking systems.
Consultations & Admissions
Deliver engaging admissions consultations (both online and in person).
Understand each child's educational needs and recommend tailored tuition options.
Clearly present programme benefits, pricing, and structures to support parents in decision-making.
Manage the full admissions process from enquiry to enrolment.
Sales & Process Management
Log enquiries, outcomes, and conversions in our CRM (Monday.com).
Contribute to refining scripts, consultation formats, and parent communications.
Achieve and exceed admissions and revenue targets.
Gather feedback to improve the family experience.
