12.50 - 14.00 per hour (depending on experience)

37.5 hours per week

Must be available to work across

Monday to Sunday

, including some evenings and weekends on a rota basis

The Role

We're looking for a full-time Recovery Coach to join our passionate and creative team. You'll work directly with our members to deliver varied and empowering sessions that support recovery.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured 1:1 and group recovery sessions focused on wellbeing Support individuals in working towards personalised goals Contribute to planning, session reviews, and record keeping Build positive relationships with members and colleagues Work flexibly across a 7-day rota, including weekends and occasional evenings

What We're Looking For

Essential:

A genuine passion for supporting recovery and empowering people Background in fitness, sport A confident, positive attitude with excellent communication skills

Desirable:

Confident, outgoing personality - able to engage and motivate others Strong skills in social media content creation and video editing Comfortable using platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or Canva to promote sessions or inspire others Interest in helping build the R13 brand through digital content Level 2 (or higher) fitness, coaching, or relevant qualification
