KOCHCHI, Scotland's premier and award-winning Sri Lankan street food restaurant, is calling for fabulous, confident individuals who love working with people and are passionate about food and drink. We're nestled in Edinburgh's lively heart, inside the renowned Bonnie & Wild food marketplace in St James Quarter, a culinary destination led by celebrity chefs.

What we're looking for

Responsibilities

Warmly greeting customers and taking orders with genuine enthusiasm Guiding guests through the menu and sharing recommendations with confidence Liaising with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service Upholding Kochchi's high standards of food hygiene, health, and safety
