Videographer (with Photography Experience)

We're looking for a videographer with photography experience, either employed or freelance, with an entrepreneurial mindset -- someone who takes ownership, delivers consistent quality, and represents the Axiom Pic brand with pride.

The Role

Capture high-quality property videos and professional photography

Film interiors, exteriors, and lifestyle shots using a gimbal or stabilisation system to produce smooth, cinematic walkthroughs

Confidently execute tracking, reveal, and flow-through shots

Film estate agents or presenters on camera when required

Produce content suitable for property listings, websites, and social media

Edit video content using Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Adobe Premiere Pro

Communicate professionally with estate agents, vendors, and tenants on-site

Manage files, maintain equipment, and deliver work on time and to brief

Follow Axiom Pic processes and brand standards consistently

About You

Proven videography experience, with solid photography capability

(property, commercial, or event experience welcome)

Extensive hands-on experience using a gimbal or similar stabilisation system (essential)

Comfortable filming estate agents, presenters, or people on camera

Confident producing short-form and social-first video content

Confident with mirrorless cameras (Sony experience preferred)

Strong understanding of lighting, exposure, framing, and camera movement

Professional, calm, and reliable when working in occupied homes

Comfortable working on your feet and handling equipment safely

Full UK driving licence and access to transport

Organised, proactive, and dependable under deadlines
