What the Role Involves

As a Home Support Worker, you'll play a vital part in your clients' day-to-day lives by:

Assisting with personal care routines Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition Providing medication reminders and wellbeing checks Offering companionship, reassurance, and a friendly face Supporting independence with practical help and encouragement
Your support will bring confidence, comfort, and consistency to every client you visit.

Position Details

Full-time role: 35-40 hours per week Flexible shift options across mornings, afternoons, and evenings Weekend work included as part of your schedule
What You'll Need

A warm, caring, and trustworthy nature A UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Good spoken English and communication skills Experience in care is welcome but not essential -- full training provided!
What You'll Receive

14.65 - 21.00 per hour

(higher rates for weekend shifts) Mileage paid at

0.45 per mile
