About the Role

We are the official Southwest Logistics Partner of Lime in London. As a van driver, your core responsibility will be to support Lime's city operations by collecting designated e-bikes from the streets, loading them into the van, and redeploying them in target areas across Southwest London. Your role is essential to keeping the system balanced, efficient, and user-friendly for riders across the city.

Key Details

Working Days: 4 days in a week between Monday to Sunday (Working days may change week by week)

Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM (approx. 10 hours/day)

Breaks: 30-minute unpaid break per day

Monthly Net Salary: 1,953.6 (based on 12.21/hour) (if the performance requirements met fully)

Location: Southwest London

Contract Type: Full-time

Start Time: 7:00 AM

Van remains at the depot overnight (drivers do not take vehicles home)

Every first week of Fridays are the payment days

Requirements

*DBS Check is Required

Two reference letters

Valid full UK driving licence

May require working on Bank Holidays

Minimum 4 years of driving experience

No penalty points on licence

Must provide a valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check

Ages 25-40 preferred (Note: Age range used only for operational suitability; applications outside this range will still be considered fairly.)

Proven van driving experience in London.

Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns in Southwest /Central London

Physically fit and capable of handling to moderate lifting

Strong communication skills and punctuality

Highly punctual & Disciplined

Use GPS and mobile app tools to follow optimized routes and schedule

Wear a high-vis jackeet while on duty
