As a Retail Advisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers, assisting them with their needs while promoting our products effectively.
Duties
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored advice on products.
Assist in merchandising tasks to ensure the store is visually appealing and well-organised.
Utilise upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring that all products are displayed correctly.
Handle customer inquiries over the phone with professional phone etiquette.
Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall performance.
Requirements
Strong communication skills in English is highly desirable.
Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and stock management.
Excellent organisational skills to maintain an orderly store environment.
Ability to manage time effectively, ensuring all duties are completed within designated shifts.
Experience in merchandising is a plus.
A friendly demeanour with a willingness to assist customers at all times.
