team, helping customers, processing transactions, and keeping our store looking its best.

Key Responsibilities

Greet every customer promptly in a friendly, welcoming manner Assist and advise customers in finding products and provide excellent

shop floor service and experience

Deliver knowledgeable advice about products to drive

retail sales

Re-stock shelves,

visual merchandising

standards are met and ensure the shop floor is tidy and inviting at all time Assist and lift boxes with deliveries, pricing up and stockroom organisation Work as part of a team to achieve

sales targets

and maintain store standards Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store

Skills & Experience

Previous experience as a

Sales Assistant

,

Shop Assistant

, or in

retail fashion customer service

is an advantage, but not essential - full training will be provided Friendly, approachable, enthusiastic personality and professional positive attitude Good communication, teamwork skills and ability to speak fluent English Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic Weekend work compulsory with days off in the week
