to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

We're hiring a

full-time high-ticket sales closer

to take inbound sales calls, convert warm leads into paying clients, and assist with outbound follow-up to maximise conversions. You'll be helping qualified leads join our flagship coaching program, which changes lives through advanced trading systems, mentorship, and accountability.

This is not cold calling - you'll be speaking to

highly engaged prospects

who already know our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

scheduled Zoom/phone calls

with warm leads Close high-ticket sales (2,000 - 10,000 coaching programs)

Follow up

with no-shows, pipeline leads, and older prospects Maintain records using our CRM system Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality Hit and exceed

monthly revenue targets

Assist in

lead generation

through light DM outreach or email follow-ups Adapt your communication style for both

UK & US markets

Requirements:

1-2+ years

high-ticket sales closing

experience Comfortable selling over

Zoom/phone

Confident, persuasive, and

results-driven

Strong verbal and written communication Fluent English speaker (clear, professional tone) Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision Available for flexible hours across

UK/US time zones

Salary & Commission:

Base salary:

24,000-30,000 (based on experience)

Commission:

Between 5-8% per sale

OTE:

5,000 - 8,000+ per month
