Hours & Schedule
Monday to Friday
8:00am - 4:00pm
1-hour lunch break at midday
35 hours per week
Pay & Contract
12.21 - 13.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Role Overview
As a Warehouse & Online Operations Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the warehouse and online sales operations. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and securely to maintain a high standard of service.
You will also assist with stock control, supplier communication, logistics, and administrative tasks, working closely with the wider team to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
Ensuring packages are securely packed to avoid damage in transit
Supporting stock management and inventory accuracy
Raising purchase orders and communicating with suppliers via email
Assisting with supplier-related and stock availability issues
Supporting goods in / goods out processes
Assisting with customer service and administrative tasks
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment
Operating an electric pump truck to move pallets (training provided if required)
Accurately updating systems and internal records
Supporting product development and operational improvements
Assisting with other tasks as required across the business
What We're Looking For
Competent with computers and confident using email
Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable following systems and processes
Willingness to learn and take responsibility
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Able to take direction and respond positively to feedback
Strong work ethic with a proactive mindset
Physically capable of warehouse duties, including manual handling
Interest in e-commerce, logistics, systems, or operations is an advantage
