We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various sites. Duties
Install, inspect, and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
Troubleshoot electrical faults using hand tools and power tools, ensuring minimal downtime.
Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to execute installation or repair tasks accurately.
Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate into major problems.
Collaborate with other tradespeople and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections carried out.
Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols at all times during operations.
Experience
Proven experience as an Electrician in a commercial or industrial environment.
Proficiency in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, and multimeters.
Experience working with power tools including drills, saws, and cable cutters.
Strong electrical experience with knowledge of wiring methods, circuit design, and safety regulations.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical installation or maintenance are highly desirable. This role is suited for motivated individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality work while prioritising safety standards across all tasks undertaken.
