FULLY REMOTE COST LAWYER

The client is a dynamic boutique legal costs consultancy that handles high-value, complex work

on behalf of prestigious, top-tier clients. With a focus on commercial, human rights, and clinical

negligence matters, this firm collaborates with some of the best solicitors across the country,

offering expert drafting, advice, and advocacy.

THE ROLE

They are looking for a driven, sharp, and results-oriented professional with at least 2 years of

experience in drafting. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking for varied,

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drafting Bills of Costs, Points of Dispute, Replies, and Costs Budgets. Advising clients on complex cost issues. Negotiating costs settlements with opposing parties.
REQUIREMENTS

A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for costs law. Minimum 18 months of hands-on experience drafting Bills of Costs. Exceptional written English and attention to detail. Strong understanding of costs law and procedures. Commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients while meeting turnaround and
billing targets.

Preferably with a Costs Lawyer qualification or other relevant legal qualification
THE PACKAGE

Up to 50,000.00 per annum (depending on experience). Remote Work: Enjoy a fully remote working arrangement. Exciting Caseload: Work on a diverse range of high-value cases.
