Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role who is ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week The successful candidate will provide fun climbing sessions suitable for all ages and abilities within an auto-belay arena. Be responsible for the health, safety and wellbeing of our climbing customers Ensure there is clear and appropriate communication with parents and carers of all children taking part in our sessions Adopt a proactive approach to customer service, being enthusiastic and reliable Be punctual and have effective organisation and time management skills Maintain records and update paperwork relating to sessions Be able to work as part of a team and the ability to keep calm and focused during your shift Full training will be provided, to partake on the course, all candidates must be over the age of 18 and demonstrate a basic ability to work at height.
