About the Role:
This role will drive acceleration of team engagement in our functional learning across the Rugby Leeds and Beckton sites. Ensuring that we are compliant, audit ready, and employees are role-ready through on-boarding, structured learning plans and skills matrices in place within all SC functions.

Key Responsibilities: * Design and implement consistency of skills frameworks across sites - utlising the expertise of H+S, QSE and CI.

  • Ensuring compliance and overall governance of SOPs completion so that they are reviewed and fit for purpose and sites are audit ready at all times
  • Owning the LMS platform - ongoing engagement and scorecards
  • Building a consistent induction and onboarding for each site
  • Development and deployment of factory skills through innovative content
  • Development and delivery of an integrated learning and people development activity calendar .
  • Lead a Learning/Training Forum - Monthly Training Forums
  • Drive functional excellence through monitoring induction completion and training plans for new joiners to SC.
  • Leverage our cross functional teams as SME\'s to deliver ongoing innovative learning and knowledge building assets, resources and sessions.
  • Build partnership with our HR and Central Learning function to leverage and deploy resources for people growth and development
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required: * Supply Chain experience preferred, knowledge of compliance & SOP factory training and governance
  • LMS design and architecture that engages learners
  • Passion for people development, desire to progress career within L&D.
  • Excellent organisational, programme management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Innovative and creative thinker for communications development and brand building.
