This Associate/VP role in Fund Finance Advisory involves leading and supporting the execution of complex financing transactions for private capital funds, including deal structuring, financial modelling, and lender negotiations.
The position offers a dynamic, client-facing environment with opportunities for international travel and career growth in a collaborative, entrepreneurial team.
As a seasoned Associate / VP you will play a key role in executing fund finance transactions, with a focus on capital call and NAV facilities. You will lead the day-to-day management of transactions, contribute to client communications. This role is suited to someone with prior experience in fund finance who is looking to take on greater responsibility in execution and relationship management.

• Lead and support full deal execution cycles
• Manage transaction processes and lender communications
• Conduct financial modelling and transaction analysis

• Build a strong network across the fund finance ecosystem

Fund Finance Advisory role with full end to end exposure; NAV, Capital Call Strong deal flow and healthy pipeline

• Candidates with exposure to capital call facilities, NAV facilities, GP-led facilities, etc is a must have for this role.
• Ideally 3-5 years of experience in fund finance or leveraged finance to support clients in achieving their financing goals - could also be a good fit for candidates coming from a fund or investment team, or potentially a capital markets team
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for growth
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (additional European languages a plus)
• Confident in client-facing roles and high-pressure environments
