Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to support our Fund Settlements team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our settlement processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cash and stock break analysis and resolution.

• Review, investigate, and respond to client queries promptly and accurately.

• Execute day-to-day settlement duties, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently.

• Chase Fund Managers and Transfer Agents for outstanding trades to maintain operational integrity.

• Regularly update procedures to reflect current practises and enhance efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail, prioritisation, and effective time management skills.

• Experience in handling client interactions via phone and email, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering excellent client service.

• Ability to adapt to change and proactively use initiative to solve challenges.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook with the capacity to analyse large sets of data to resolve stock and cash positions efficiently.

• A basic understanding of funds and securities settlement processes is desirable.
